Job Description

Back office Executive - (Complete back office work related to accounts, documentation and administration)

 

  •  Maintaining accounts of the company and coordinating with charted accountant of the company.
  •  Preparing and maintaining the documentations related to export, import and various business transactions.
  •  Coordinating with sales and export dept. for making documentation for orders received.
  •  Following up with existing customers, and maintaining proper correspondence with them.
  •  Coordinating with operations dept. for inquiries received, and sending samples.
  •  Coordinating with CHA’s, Freight Forwarders, Shipping companies, to get quotes for the orders and inquiries.
  •  Coordinating and negotiating with vendors for product sourcing.
  •  Maintaining complete documentation of the company related to ISO compliances.
  •  Maintaining social media accounts of the company and promoting the business through mailers, tele-marketing etc.
  •  Reporting to the Managing Director of the company with day to day plans.


 

Desired Candidate Profile

  •  She could be Fresh Graduates with 1-2 year experience in back office work of a reputed company into international business.
  •  Must know the basic accounting and business administering.
  •  Must possess excellent communication skills, to convince the customers over phone.
  •  Person with expertise in social media marketing will be an added advantage.
  •  Female is compulsory.

 We are an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company, located in Ahmedabad. Currently we are into supplying and exports of natural product’s raw materials to companies dealing in natural cosmetic and Ayurvedic products.

 This position is for managing day to day back office operations of the company.
